STOCKTON - Stockton Assemblywoman Susan Eggman held an overwhelming lead in her bid to retain her District 13 seat as votes from the primary election trickled in late Tuesday night.
"We need to be sure our supply of water stays fresh and clean." Councilwoman Eggman said.
"It's all about strength, about coming together, it's about overcoming adversity," Eggman said. "If Stockton isn't about that, I don't know what it is."
Councilwoman Susan Eggman called it "a great example of direct democracy."
"It's the next piece in the puzzle we need to have in place," she said. "Services follow people. It's energy that needs to be created."
"Council member Eggman has demonstrated tremendous dedication and leadership to this community,"
