About Susan

Susan Talamantes Eggman grew up in Turlock on her family’s almond orchard.

She graduated from Turlock High School and enlisted in the Army as a combat medic. It was an easy decision considering that she comes from a long line of veterans.

Susan has fought to provide sustainable access to water in the Central Valley. She stood up for equal pay for equal work. And, she worked to provide solutions to help Californians access quality, affordable healthcare.
